Agendas & Minutes

The Community Council will normally meet monthly, usually on the second Monday of the month, at 19.30 in one of the listed venues, except in August when no meeting takes place. A calendar of dates and venues is available below.
Meetings are open to the public and we would welcome you to come along to observe. Minutes are ‘draft’ until they are approved at a Council meeting. Should you wish to raise a matter, we would ask you to contact the clerk in advance of the meeting – see Contact.

Community Councils are the lowest tier of local government within Wales. Our role is to serve our local communities at the ‘grass roots’ level. For topics such as Education, Waste and Housing Denbighshire County Council will be better placed to assist you – .
